"The Preachers chiefly shall take heed that they teach nothing in their preaching, which they would have the people religiously to observe and believe, but that which is agreeable to the Doctrine of the Old Testament and the New, and that which the Catholick Fathers and Ancient Bishops have gathered out of that Doctrine." A proposed canon of Elizabeth I, 1571

"The Religion of Peace" Responds to the Pope

In response to the Pope's comment that Mohammed's teachings in the Quran have sometimes led people to use violence in the spread of their religion, some Muslims have responded by murdering a nun who worked at a children's hospital. That should convince people that the Pope was mistaken! The gentlemen outside the Catholic cathedral of London in the photo above also want to make it clear that Islam is about love and peace (or at least it will be after Allah curses the Pope and sends him to Hell as a result of their prayers!). And after all of the other servants of the "Trinity of Evil" are expunged from the face of the earth, things will undoubtedly be very peaceful indeed.
